Founded in 2014, THATCH was born with the goal of creating jewelry that combines both a luxury and fine essence at an accessible price point. As a brand, we are redefining modern, feminine style - and as a business, we are redefining what and how success is created. The small team is led by Amy Goin and Laura Laing who, together, have struck a perfect balance of design and function. Amyʼs background in sales and business development paired with Lauraʼs background in jewelry design and metalsmithing allowed the duo to lay the groundwork for a thriving business to evolve and grow to what it is today. The jewelry is designed with intention for both everyday and special occasions with the wearer in mind. THATCHʼs pieces foster meaningful connections to your jewelry, offering a fresh and optimistic vision for the modern woman.

In the studio

THATCH opened their first retail space on November 2nd 2023. This vibrant studio embodies the spirit of the brand and its Southern Californian roots. Drawing inspiration from Californiaʼs natural beauty, the storeʼs interior seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with casual bohemian vibes. The sundrenched space is surrounded by the beauty of Liberty Station cypress trees, expansive lawns and the delicious foods from Liberty Public Market.
