Refund policy

We kindly ask that you to please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

 

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are shipped or purchased in store. This includes that the request for a return or exchange must be within the 14-day period. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, unaltered, original tags attached, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be approved before return with picture approval of both soles to insure the shoes were not used.

When returning, please securely pack and seal items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages that we do not ship ourselves. The original invoice must be included in your return packages.

In-store purchases will be refunded as STORE CREDIT.  Please allow a certain amount of time for your bank to process an online return before inquiring about your refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets our requirements.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us by email or phone immediately if the item is defective, damaged, and/or if you have received the wrong item. Once we have been notified of an issue, we will evaluate and help in a way we see fit to the situation.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care goods (beauty products), intimates (underwear, nipple covers, bras/bralettes, bodysuits), and custom ordered products (special orders or personalized items). We do not accept returns that include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. All shoes must be approved upon picture of both soles to be returned and sent back.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please notify the store by email or phone number. Please indicate in email or over the phone: customer name, item that is desired to be exchanged, and reason for exchange.

Exchanges are offered on original orders received within the 14-day period. i.e. you are not eligible to return an exchange item and receive a second exchange order.

Exchanges must be requested within the return window of 14 days from purchase or shipping date.

Exchanges will be processed once the item has been returned to the store and has been evaluated to ensure the item is unworn, original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. When returning an online purchase, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Shipping cost of exchanges will be provided by customers. We do not cover the cost of shipment for online or in-store exchanges.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, and for any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact the store regarding a return from the European Union.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the requirements stated above: must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded for online purchases.

ONLINE ONLY:

If your claim is eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and are responsible by the customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or unapproved returned items.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know how to proceed. If approved, you’ll be given a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please allow time for your bank to process your return.
